2ND ANNUAL RACE DAY at Winn Dixie is huge success.
A large group of racers and fans turned out for the second annual race day event sponsored by Winn Dixie,Perry Co Speedway,Draughn Racing,and Graphic Impressions. Many cars were on hand from all divisions. Radio coverage by both 97.9 and 94.3 made it possible to catch the event if you were unable to attend in person.

MOUNTAIN MOTOR SPEEDWAY at Isom,Ky to open Friday April 27 for the 2001 Racing season.

PERRY CO SPEEDWAY to open on Sat. May 5 to begin the 2001 racing season

THUNDER RIDGE at Prestonsburg,Ky slated to begin 2001 racing season on Friday April 20, but threat of rain causes officials to postpone till following week.
