Models: any US model Body: body may be steel or aluminum as long as they meet the measurements that are specified in the rules,stock or aftermarket. aftermarket nose pieces are allowed,no bars may protrude beyond the body Spoilers: 10 inches of material on height, width can be no wider than the specified width of the rear of car Frames: full frame and uni-body cars are allowed,frame must match body manufacturer. NO TUBULAR OR CAPPED FRAME CARS ALLOWED. uni-body cars may be tied together and coil spring cars may be converted to leafs. Engines: engine must match body manufacturer, cast iron block and heads are required, aluminum intakes are allowed,headers are allowed Engine location: number one spark plug can not be farther than the center of upper balljoint Transmissions: any racing transmission, except direct drives. All cars must have forward and reverse gears working and be able to start without assistance. Drivelines: must be steel and painted white, all cars must have driveshaft loop Shocks: any racing shock allowed, one shock per wheel Traction device: 90-10 SHOCK is allowed, no other type of traction devices will be allowed, hooked up or not you will be ask to remove them Fuel Cell: mandatory, 32 gallon max. Control arms: uppers may be tubular but lowers must remain stock Weight jacks are allowed Rearends: no quick changes, Ford floaters are allowed Steering: no rack and pinion, all steering must remain stock and in stock location Brakes: rotors and calipers must remain stock Tires: 11 inch racing tires are allowed, Hoosier D55 or McCreary 56. Tires will be gauged and must read at least 60 Carb: double pumpers are allowed Fuel: GAS ONLY. NO ELECTRIC OR BELT DRIVEN PUMPS ARE ALLOWED. Weight: all cars must weigh at least 2800 pounds before qualifying and after features! Safety Equipment: hellmets must meet snell 85 standards, fire suits mandatory, racing seat mandatory, racing belts are mandatory, all cars must have fire extinguisher mounted within reach of the driver ALL GENERAL TRACK RULES APPLY |
